Please note:
Junior age groupings are under 17 and 15 as at December 31, 2018
Entries without accompanying fee will not be accepted.
Phone entries will not be accepted.
Division nominations will act as a guide to the Tournament Committee but are in no way final.
Divisions will only go ahead if there is a minimum of 4 teams entered.
Nominations close Wednesday November 14.
Senior Entry $350 per team (GST inclusive)
Junior Entry $100 per team (GST inclusive)
