Loki was always destined to play being the sixth of the McIntyre kids. Was a Country Champs rep in 1996 and 2004, All Star selection in 2004 and was the coach of the Horsham College under 14 National Schools Cup gold medal winning team in 2004. Also coached the under 17 boys to a Country Championship gold medal, coming from two sets down against Bendigo to win in five. Was the Horsham Tournament division two MVP in 2001. Gave as much off the court to the Association as he did on the court, and will always be remembered for his “roof” block on match point against Moe at the 1996 Country Champs to set the team on its way towards the gold medal.
